Shipping

Our goal is to dispatch orders received before 3pm PST on the same day. Typically, all orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days.

For domestic US orders we provide shipping options from USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Prices will vary depending on size and weight. Estimated costs can be viewed in your shipping cart. For international orders, we use DHL with Duties Paid.

We provide international shipping to numerous countries. Shipping estimates and availability can be viewed at checkout. International orders are delivered via DHL with Duties Paid.

We understand that sometimes timelines are tight, and you need gear before the big day. During checkout, select a shipping service for timely delivery and include a note on the order. We will do our best to dispatch the order on the same day. It's recommended to place rush orders early in the day.

Returns

Yes! We offer standard 30-day returns for any domestic US return requests submitted within 30 days of the order date. See the full return policy here.

For domestic US orders a return shipping label will be provided, you'll only need to drop it at the appropriate shipping provider.

For international orders, we only offer paid returns. Please reach out to get a quote for a return shipping label.

Returns can be initiated through the self-service returns portal. You will need the order number to process the request.

Returns are accepted within a 30-day grace period starting from the order date. Review the Return Policy for further details.

Discounts

Club owners may reach out to us for a specialized discount code providing 15% off on club purchases. The code is unique to the account email and not shareable.

Non-profits may reach out to us for a specialized discount code providing 15% off on equipment purchases. The code is unique to the account email and not shareable.

Educational institutions, including homeschools, are welcome to contact us for a personalized discount code that grants a 15% reduction on equipment purchases. The code is exclusive to the account email and cannot be distributed.

Our aim is to provide the most competitive prices. The strike-out amount signifies the lowest price available among our competitors. This allows you to easily calculate your savings compared to the next cheapest supplier.

We use our price-match gaurentee program to continually keep the the discount price up-to-date.

About us

Our warehouse is situated in the Seattle metropolitan area. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse. If you're in the Pacific Northwest region, there's a high chance we can provide the most competitive shipping costs.

To maintain low operational costs and offer competitive prices, we do not have retail space. However, we deliver to select local clubs in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Fencing Club started from a passion for sport, helping athletes find quality gear at competitive prices—whether you're a novice or Olympian. We saw there was a gap in the market for distributors with low operational costs that could offer the lowest prices for the same equipment.

Our journey began with a simple goal: make fencing more accessible. We've painstakingly optimized our supply chain to ensure every piece of gear meets high standards without the hefty price tag. It's not just about selling equipment; it's about supporting the fencing community's passion and growth.
