Plastron sizing is determined primarily by height. Locate your height range in the chart to select the correct size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, use your chest measurement as a secondary guide.

To measure your chest, stand tall and wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
