Solid Socks for Junior Olympics!

These socks fit comfortably. Not too loose, and not too tight. My son is 5'9'' and the socks fit him well. It might have been a little too long but he just folded them over. If I had to do it again, I would have gotten him the small size.QualityThe fabric was of good quality. They weren't extremely thick. Good enough to fence in. Since we got a white pair, it's ijmpossible to comment on the color variety. In any case, white is the best color. Perhaps, the only color a fencer should wear. 😉At $15, they are a decent buy. It's a little less if you go to a brick and mortar store.→ The socks fit and look great. I think that's the biggest factor you should consider.

Very long socks, thigh high area, not just for fencing

These socks are long / tall. I measured 24”, which is over the knee and headed to thigh high area.They look good, feel good, and are cushioned in the right area. Well made quality sock that look to be durable as well.I got these to use with golf knickers as I was looking for a white over the knee sock and these fit the bill nicely.I think they are a good value for the money.

Not for thick legs

Silky soft and just the right amount of compression. Well sewn. True to size. The color is opaque. They are very well sewn with fabric that is not too thick. I have had no problems with slipping down or stretching out of shape.

Good quality socks but a bit longer than expected

I got the size large socks for my 15 year old son who is an epee fencer. He likes them a lot, and finds them quite comfortable to wear. The only negative is that they’re much longer than his other fencing socks and thus it takes just a wee bit longer for him to get them on right. See photos of this sock compared to two other brands. My son is 5’ 7” and 160lbs, and even after laundering, the socks still go up several inches past his knees. My son likes his fencing pants on the loser side and the legs of those knickers stop a couple inches below his knees. The socks’ length isn’t a deal breaker as he can just fold them down to where he wants them.

High-Quality Fencing Socks

My son is currently learning saber fencing, and this pair of fencing socks is excellent in quality. They contain nylon, which provides great elasticity and makes them very comfortable to wear. In addition, the cotton content helps absorb and wick away sweat, keeping his feet dry and fresh.The heel and toe areas are reinforced, providing better foot protection. The thickness is moderate, and the length fits just right. The white color fencing socks are an essential part of fencing gear, and my son really enjoys wearing them.
