The size chart is measured with US Mens shoe sizes. For an exact fit, use the length columns to measure your foot from heel to toe for the sole length (A), and from the heel to above the desired height on the knee for the leg length (B).
If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size one for optimal comfort.
