Standard Foil/Saber Body Cord

Good quality.

Works fine, seems to hold up generally well. My son has been using it for practice 3 days a week and the occasional tournaments. Given the price point, most likely not going to be very durable in the long run. Always good the have extra on hand.

BOTTOM LINE: This feels like a good value for a budget-quality cord, since you get two in a pack. These cords seem decent. The quality is better than the lowest priced Absolute Fencing cords that I've tried, but if you're a serious fencer and are willing to spend the money there are higher quality options out there.I've been using these cords for a few weeks and haven't had any problems with them. They get the job done. While they don't feel like the same level of material quality as a more expensive cord, they seem better than the cheapest Absolute Fencing foil cords. For the price point, I think it's a good deal, and I appreciate that they're transparent. I'm interested to see how they hold up over time, but my initial impression is that they're a good quality for a budget cord.

BUILD QUALITY & DURABILITYThe build quality is the same as others. It uses thin-gauge wires, so they usually all break after a while. I have no idea why nobody creates body cords using thicker gauge stranded wire. I guess everyone is afraid of trying something new.
